My Dimensional Model of Behavior

Dimensional Model of Behavior

My characteristics behavior toward the Peers:

I took the evaluation and it embodies my behavior that generates synergy. I am open, have a candid communication style that creates intellectual cross-fertilization. I use conflict as a springboard to better decisions. I promote collaboration and interplay. I also see any of these Q4 behaviors seem familiar to myself:

Open communicator. Uses discussion to exchange information and views — not to politick or play games. Judges ideas on merit, not their origin. Listens and promotes involvement.

Team player. Im a good collaborator. Who actively seeks the views of my peers. I see peer relationships in terms of work — a shared effort toward a shared goal.

Openness to disagreement. I use constructive contention to resolve differences and as a source for new thinking and direction. I know disagreements are bound to arise, and understand that getting them out in the open can not only clear the air but also shed new light on a situation.

Commitment to top performance. More focus on results. A good goal setter and goal achiever. I am tough on myself as I am on my peers.

These are the words that best describes me of The Dimensional Model Behavior of Q4: synergy, collaboration, work, efficiency, and productivity.

And these are the results of my Dimension.
