A Great Leader: Martin Luther King, JR.

A special day of Martin Luther King, Jr.

Popout

“Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.”- Martin Luther King, Jr.

A successful leader who reduces, planned and delegated the important dilemma by monitoring the people for a higher impact activities. A great leader who was motivated to give a vision to his people. A leader who stands firm that there was always a higher initiative to every human kind.

A wonderful collection of quotes by Martin Luther King, Jr. from his many speeches, this is a must read!

The Measures of Man, 1959
Wall Street Journal, November 13, 1962.
Strength to Love, 1963.
Martin Luther King, Jr., speech, Detroit, Michigan, June 23, 1963.
Why We Can't Wait, 1963.
Nobel Prize acceptance speech, Stockholm, Sweden, December 11, 1964.
Where Do We Go from Here: Chaos or Community?, 1967.
The Trumpet of Conscience, 1967
Martin Luther King, Jr., speech, Southern Christian Leadership Conference, Atlanta, Georgia, August 16, 1967.

In my reflection: I have dream a bigger picture that, one day, future leaders will be known not just by their status quo or accomplishments but also to stimulate the common good in their organization and society . Martin Luther King can make all of us pause to dream.
