Leaders don’t push others they push themselves they have their level 5 confidence. Remember what Jim Collins book "Good to great built to last". Leaders need to built trust to their people in order to deliver the good solutions to their organization. “Kitchen cabinet” Certainty and purpose to the organization is to Keep your hand on the tiller. “Control what you can control. Roll with that which is beyond your control" It's like nature you can't control it. Never Forget the third Shift. This is like the eight habit of Stephen Covey.
